For the business relationship between the provider “SparNow.de” (hereinafter “SparNow.de”) and the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in their currently valid version. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless SparNow.de expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

On the other hand, an entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
Subject of performance
SparNow.de operates a platform on which users can find out about offers in the areas of finance, insurance, energy supply, telecommunications, travel, rental cars and shopping. In addition, users have the option of purchasing T-shirts in the connected shop.
The information presented on the website does not constitute a binding contract offer from SparNow.de or the respective service providers.
The standardization and presentation of the offers enables users to make a clear and direct comparison between the various offers and providers. SparNow.de mediates the service of various partners, but does not itself offer any contract mediation or deals.

Should individual provisions of this contract be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remainder shall remain unaffected. The above provisions apply accordingly in the event that the additional agreement proves to be incomplete.
